Giant Opportunity

Hexerei Uncommon

Throne of Eldraine #159, 2019

Du kannst zwei Speisen opfern. Falls du dies tust, erzeuge einen 7/7 grünen Riese-Kreaturenspielstein. Andernfalls erzeuge drei Speise-Spielsteine. (Sie sind Artefakte mit „{2}, {T}, opfere dieses Artefakt: Du erhältst 3 Lebenspunkte dazu.")

Aktueller Regeltext (englisch)

You may sacrifice two Foods. If you do, create a 7/7 green Giant creature token. Otherwise, create three Food tokens. (They're artifacts with "{2}, {T}, Sacrifice this token: You gain 3 life.")

Sie sehen schmackhaft aus, aber wir sollten sie besser einpflanzen.

Food

Illustration: James Paick. Platz 9.287 der meistgespielten Commander-Karten. Salzwert 0,12, kaum salzig.

Regelklarstellungen (6)
  • 04.10.2019You can't sacrifice more than two Foods to create more than one Giant token.
  • 04.10.2019You choose whether to sacrifice two Foods as Giant Opportunity resolves, not as you cast it.
  • 08.11.2024Food is an artifact type. Even though it appears on some creatures, it's never a creature type.
  • 08.11.2024If an effect refers to a Food, it means any Food artifact, not just a Food artifact token. For example, you can sacrifice Tough Cookie (an Artifact Creature — Food Golem) to activate Maraleaf Rider's ability (an ability with "Sacrifice a Food" in its cost).
  • 08.11.2024You can't sacrifice a Food to pay multiple costs. For example, you can't sacrifice a Food token to activate its own ability and also to activate Maraleaf Rider's ability.
  • 08.11.2024Whatever you do, don't eat the delicious cards.
